# Card Amounts

> Choosing how much to load.

# Choosing an amount

Any amount from **$5 to $1,000**. Pick what you plan to spend — the card is loaded once and cannot be topped up.

## A rough guide

| Amount            | Good for                                                           |
| :---------------- | :----------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **$5 – $50**      | A subscription, a one-off purchase, trying Havn for the first time |
| **$50 – $250**    | Regular online shopping, a few months of subscriptions             |
| **$250 – $1,000** | A single larger purchase                                           |

These are suggestions, not tiers. There is no status to unlock and no difference in how a $10 card and a $900 card behave — same network, same acceptance, same fee of nothing.

## More than \$1,000

Buy several cards. There is no limit on how many you can hold, and they appear together in your account.

  For a specific purchase, order the exact total including tax and shipping. A
  card with slightly too little on it will be declined, and the leftover on a
  card with too much cannot be moved.
